  • Assist the Cook with packing the required ingredients for the dishes;
  • Able to sustain the business in place of the Cook when the Cook is on leave/off;
  • Able to chop the ingredients accordingly to the requirement from the Cook;
  • Assist the Cook in preparing the dishes;
  • Maintain the hygiene of the stall;
  • Communicate well with the Cook to ensure smooth workflow;
  • Assist the work outside of the kitchen when there are insufficient manpower
